  • All orders must be placed through our website or as otherwise instructed.
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase. We currently accept cash only.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer local delivery within Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas. Please check our delivery zones before ordering.
  • Delivery schedules and fees will be provided at checkout or upon order confirmation.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the order. 

3. No Returns – Refund Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for issues such as incorrect orders, damaged packaging, or quality concerns. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at gourmetpetkitchenmx@gmail.com with details and photos if applicable.

4. Product Disclaimer

  • Our food is formulated for dogs and should not be consumed by humans or other animals.
  • Individual dogs may have unique dietary needs and allergies. We encourage you to consult your veterinarian before making any dietary changes.
  • We are not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from our products.

5. Subscription & Recurring Orders 

  • We currently don't have a subscription service due to our cash-only policy. If you would like a recurring order, choose the frequency on the product page. Subsequently, Gourmet Pet Kitchen will place your order at the frequency you requested.

  • You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to disrupt our services, committing fraud, or violating any laws.
