At Gourmet Pet Kitchen, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality meals for your dogs. Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your order.
If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at gourmetpetkitchenmx@gmail.com with details about the problem. We will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as:
- Order errors – If we made a mistake with your order, we will make it right.
- Damaged packaging – If your order arrives damaged, please send photos so we can investigate.
- Quality concerns – If you believe there is an issue with the food, let us know right away.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued as store credit or a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
