How Does Ordering Work?

1. Explore Our Recipes: Click Shop Now to browse your options.
2. Determine Your Dog's Daily and Weekly Needs: Use the feeding charts on each recipe page to determine how much food your dog needs. There are tips to guide you on each chart. 
3. Choose delivery frequency: You can choose a one-time purchase, a weekly delivery, delivery every other week, or delivery every four weeks. 
4. Place Your Order: Orders submitted by Monday at noon will be delivered that Wednesday. Let us know if you need to delay your order. 

Delivery Details:

• Currently, we deliver every Wednesday and Thursday.
• We deliver to locations south of the airport. For customers outside our delivery zone, pickup can be arranged. View Delivery Map
• Within our delivery zone, delivery is free on orders over 750 pesos.
• We're a cash-only business. Please try to have exact change ready at the time of delivery.

What to Expect After Ordering:

• You'll receive a general confirmation email after placing your order.
• A day or two before delivery, we'll email you to confirm the price and delivery window. 
• On delivery day, we'll message you on WhatsApp to let you know when we're on our way.
