Shipping policy
At Gourmet Pet Kitchen, we offer local delivery within Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas. See this page for more details.
Below are the details of our delivery process:
1. Delivery Areas & Fees
- We currently deliver to Puerto Vallarta, south of the airport.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on location and will be shown at checkout or confirmed upon order.
2. Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Orders must be placed by Monday at noon to be included in that week’s delivery.
- If delivery needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Delivery Process
- Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information at checkout.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- If no one is available, we will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, the order may be left at the provided address (if safe) or rescheduled for an additional fee.
4. Delivery Issues
- If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours.
5. Changes & Cancellations
- If you need to modify or cancel your order, please notify us by Monday by noon before delivery day.
